This very clean apartment is thoughtfully renovated with sparkling original terrazzo floors, top end modern conveniences and furnished in calming blue and white colours. Memory foam mattress was very comfortable and the perfectly pressed Italian bed linen was second to none. We arrived on a Sunday to a very generously stocked pantry cupboard full of staples and drinks in the fridge which was very kind. Antonio couldn’t do enough for us, he helped us with local restaurants and taxi service- very responsive, helpful and kind.

We were met by Antonio, who is a super friendly and helpful host. He insisted on carrying our suitcase up the stairs and gave us an excellent show around. He booked our taxi back to the airport and came to see us off and help with the luggage, despite it being early in the morning. The apartment, and everything in it, is of a very high standard. It was stocked with everything you would need. Milk, butter, wine, beer, snacks, coffee pods, and lots of other thoughtful foods and products. It has a wonderful location in the heart of the old town, 40 meters from a pub and probably 20 restaurants within a 10 minute walk.
The flat is on the 3rd floor, the stairs might be an issue for some. But, it also means that it is quiet and has a great view from the small roof terrace. It would be hard to fault, we were very comfortable there, and had a lovely time in and around Alghero.
