In the heart of Alghero’s historic center, just a few steps from the sea and the iconic bastions, this elegant luxury duplex, “Emerald Top”, consists of two interconnected apartments , each one equipped with WI-FI, air cond, wash machine, dish washer, Tv, fridge, freezer and can accommodate up to 8 guests, offering the perfect balance of privacy, comfort, and the authentic atmosphere of the ancient city. A rare find in the historic center.
The duplex is spread over multiple levels and also features a charming loft with wooden beams and exposed stone, preserving the authentic charm of historic city homes. The two units have independent entrances but share a main entrance with a security door, ensuring privacy while also allowing guests to enjoy the spaces together if desired. It is the ideal solution for large families or groups of friends who want to stay together while maintaining their independence.
The apartment is located in Alghero’s historic center, just steps from the sea and the stunning panoramic bastions, offering spectacular views of Capo Caccia. The house retains the full charm of traditional architecture thanks to a careful, non-invasive renovation that highlighted the original exposed stone and wooden beams.
While staying here, you can stroll through alleys, arches, towers, and historic squares, visit artisan shops, and enjoy local cuisine in the many typical restaurants of the city center.

This is an excellent apartment in the historical center of Alghero. The location cannot be beat- a wine shop and amazing restaurants are literally a stones throw away. We enjoyed exploring Alghero and beaches to the north and south. The apartment is well appointed and spacious for traveling couples and a crib was available if needed. The only caution we could provide to prospective travelers would to be aware of the notes in the listing on parking- we found the public parking lot to be very convenient with plentiful, safe parking available a short walk away, however the nature of the historical streets in the “Old Town” area would favor those traveling with easy to manage bags, but this is true of any apartment in this historical area due to driving restrictions- and was honestly not an issue for us. Communication with the host is clear and consistent. We’d definitely consider this apartment for future visits.

Das Objekt liegt direkt in der Altstadt. Es sind einige steile Treppen zur Wohnung zu bewältigen, sodass ich von großen Hartschalenkoffern abraten würde.
Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Die Vermieterin Tiziana ist eine sehr liebe und hilfsbereite Person und jederzeit erreichbar.
Ein Aufenthalt ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

We hat a really great time in this cisy appartement, which is located directly in the old town Center. All essential locations (Shops, Restaurants, supermarket, tourist info, Bus Station, etc.) can be reached by a 3 -minute-walk. Communication with oder was perfect: prompt & helpful every time, if needed. It was a pleasure!
