The location was above a park and very central to the old town and marina. The views from the two decks are fantastic, and the one covered deck came in handy for us to view a thunderstorm that rolled through.
The layout of the apartment is two bedrooms on each side of the central living area and kitchen. Each of the two-bedroom wings has a hallway bathroom. There were four of us renting the apartment and the layout gave a little more privacy to each couple.
Being so high up in the building, it's very quiet for sleeping.
The fixtures are a little dated but fully functional. The washing machine came in very hand for us. Good wifi.
Nearby street parking wasn't very hard to find and not very expensive.
We were expected to dispose of all the recyclables and waste. Since street collections are different on each day, it was a little awkward to figure out where to dispose of everything.
Everything else about the apartment was fine.

Úžasne priestranný byt na najvyššom poschodí s výťahom, s viacerými balkónmi a jednou obrovskou terasou s nádherným výhľadom na celé mesto aj more. Perfektná poloha na začiatku historického centra, asi 5 minút od autobusovej zastávky z letiska aj na letisko a rovnako 5 minut k mestskej pláži.
Ubytovanie aj veľmi milá hostiteľka Giulia jednoznačne predčili naše očakávania a rady sa opäť vrátime❤️
Trošku staršie vybavenie kúpeľní, čo však v porovnaní s pozitívami ubytovania nie je až tak dôležité.

L'appartement est spacieux. Le mobilier est beau.
La terrasse côté mer est assez grande, couverte, parfaite pour y manger en famille en profitant du paysage, la vue y est incroyable !
La seconde terrasse est très grande et ensoleillée, idéale en tant que solarium, et, équipée d'une machine à laver, elle est aussi idéale pour y sécher le linge.
La cuisine est grande et globalement fonctionnelle.
Giulia, l'hôte de l'appartement, est très disponible et arrangeante.
Pas de parking.et très difficile en ville de trouver une place.
Les équipements ne sont pas bien entretenus (portes intérieures qui ne ferment pas, une des deux chasses d'eau dysfonctionnelle...)
Le linge de maison (draps et serviettes) est insuffisant par rapport à la durée du séjour.
Les consommables (produits ménagers, gel douche / shampooing, condiments de cuisine) ne semblent vivre que par l'apport des clients (à mon arrivée, pas de lessive, pas de gel douche ni shampooing)
Le bac receveur de l'une des deux douches est trop incliné et glissant pour une personne âgée.
