NURAS - Penthouse Antonietta with view

La posizione è ottima e l'appartamento davvero grande con bellissime terrazze che vedono tutta Alghero! Giulia, la ragazza che gestisce l'appartamento (o proprietaria) è gentilissima e cerca in ogni modo di aiutare.

L'appartamento necessita di un ammodernamento, c'e scritto che l'appartamento ha l'aria condizionata ma ha un solo split funzionante nell'ultima camera matrimoniale in fondo, quindi zona giorno ed altre due camere sono molto calde. (c'erano a disposizione dei ventilatori alcuni dei quali non funzionavano benissimo)

The apartment was large and spacious. The views from the balcony over the town were superb. The location was excellent for exploring Alghero and very convenient for buses or boats to go further afield. The host was very supportive.

Very limited aircon (one room only) which made the heat extremely unpleasant during our stay (36+C). Facilities are basic with showers small, struggling to drain. Most furnishings and fittings are dated, suffering heavy wear and tear and fragile (e.g. showers that can easily fall apart, cupboard doors that fall off, chairs with holes through them etc). Bedding/bed layout didn't match the information, there was no spare bedding available to correct this ourselves, and we didn't want the headache of needing to call someone out to correct.

Giuliával ugyan nem találkoztunk, de mindenben a segítségünkre volt. A lakás tökéletes egy nagy családnak egy hetes vagy akár hosszabb tartózkodásra. Tökéletesen fel van szerelve, minden amire szükségünk volt megtaláltunk. Még napernyőből is van kettő. A lakás a szomszédos épületek fölött van, így a teraszokról gyönyörű kilátás nyílik az óvárosra és a tengerre, valamint folyamatos a légmozgás, ami nagy melegben hűsít. A légkondicionálók tökéletesen működtek, de a redőnyök leeresztése és a kereszthuzat is elég volt nekünk 30-35 fokos melegben. Egy saroknyira van egy gyönyörű árnyas park két kávézóval, ahol a legnagyobb hőségben is kellemesen lehet üldögélni. 3 percnyire van élelmiszerbolt, és az óváros. A kikötő turistahajókat indító része 7-10 perc, a strand 10-15 perc séta. Béreltünk autót és azzal érkeztünk a szállásra. A bejárat előtt van áruszállításra kijelölt hely, ott ki tudtuk tenni a csomagokat, de sokszor volt foglalt a hely. A parkolás nem egyszerű, de mindig sikerült néhány saroknyi távolságon belül ingyenes, fehérrel jelölt helyet találni.

The location was above a park and very central to the old town and marina. The views from the two decks are fantastic, and the one covered deck came in handy for us to view a thunderstorm that rolled through. The layout of the apartment is two bedrooms on each side of the central living area and kitchen. Each of the two-bedroom wings has a hallway bathroom. There were four of us renting the apartment and the layout gave a little more privacy to each couple. Being so high up in the building, it's very quiet for sleeping. The fixtures are a little dated but fully functional. The washing machine came in very hand for us. Good wifi. Nearby street parking wasn't very hard to find and not very expensive.

We were expected to dispose of all the recyclables and waste. Since street collections are different on each day, it was a little awkward to figure out where to dispose of everything. Everything else about the apartment was fine.
