Location is good. Close to the subway and Chinatown. Walkable distance to supermarkets, restaurant, bakery etc..

The rooms are extremely hot due to the lack of air conditioning. Since the apartment is on the first floor, there is very little privacy if we leave the windows open. As a result, we have to keep the windows closed at night, which makes the rooms even hotter. The property manager provided fans, but they haven't helped much, as the room temperatures remain above 30°C throughout the night. In addition, the outside window sills are covered in spider webs and clearly have not been properly cleaned. The bathrooms also have a persistent unpleasant smell that does not go away, possibly made worse by the heat.
