A convenient place to stay on the Left Bank for a family or mid-size group - if you don’t mind tiny bathrooms!

Great location in the Quartier Latin. A nice spacious dining area, and also a den space in the lower level. We did not use the den but it would be nice on a longer stay. Lots of humorous, perky, and useful touches inside the unit - including recommended places to eat, etc. Host François was also pretty responsive when we couldn’t quite figure out the coffee maker.

The bathrooms and bedrooms were very tight, and strangely situated closest to the front door.

Was expecting a bigger apartment, the photos on booking.com also have the other flat so slightly misleading.

Fine for one, too small for three

The location is excellent and the place was functional and clean.

The photos and description of the apartment were confusing and we encountered a cabin-like space we had not expected. The apartment is a fine for ONE person or a perhaps a couple - there were three of us and it was impossible. Two of us booked a nearby hotel room immediately.

Easy access to all attractions, comfortable place, greatly decorated and lots for us to do when inside.

The street light shines exactly in front of the door, making it really bright when one wakes up at night and wants to go out of the bedroom while other would still sleep. I would recommend adding a film to the part above the door, to make it maybe opaque.

Lovely place to stay in Paris

The property is very centralized. A lot of restaurants around the area. The Louvre is walkable from the property. The place itself was outstanding. It’s a lovely place. Very comfortable beds and good airconditioning. It’s like a tiny house but, well equipped with necessities.

Smartly designed comfortable small studio in the heart of Paris

Very good small studio close to the Pantheon. Place to store bikes. The small place (I guess about 6 x 3.5 m ) has been very efficiently arranged. 4 spaces: shower, toilet, main room with kitchenette, small table and sofa/bed and another room with a double bed below and a single bed on top. Wifi, no TV. Quites, you're at the back of the house, with a small courtyard next to the studio. Water boiler in the room.

Nothing really. Good value for money, especially if you can split it with a couple of friends.

The loft is very well located at the center of Paris : you can visit Paris by foot from there. François, the host, is always available, friendly, with very good advices about the neighborhood. We felt like home. The beds are comfortable. His concept of small hotel is very nice, the place is very well decorated, and it was clean.

Het waren heerlijke dagen!

Fantastische ligging in hartje Parijs. Metro, restaurants, winkels, alles vlakbij. Het appartement was practisch, goed onderhouden, schoon en comfortabel.

Bij aankomst was het even zoeken hoe we binnen konden komen. Per telefoon was onze gastheer gelukkig steeds meteen bereikbaar en kwam alles goed.
