Mooi, comfortabel en goed uitgerust appartement in een heel fijne buurt met veel restaurants. Het appartement bevindt zich recht boven 2 restaurants. De master bedroom heeft een raam aan de straatkant, dus als je een lichte slaper bent die graag met het raam open slaapt, is het mogelijk niet ideaal. De kamer die uitgaf op de patio was heel rustig.
De wifi - en dus ook de smart TV - werkte niet. Hiervoor heb ik elke dag van de 4 dagen van ons verblijf contact opgenomen met de host. Ik kreeg steeds een erg vriendelijke chatbot aan de andere kant die het probleem zou doorgeven, maar dat is dus niet gebeurd. Dat vond ik toch een serieus minpunt in vergelijking met de kostprijs van de accommodatie. Wat als het een groter probleem was geweest dan de wifi?

The location was perfect!!!! The decoration was nice. There laundry was very convenient. The lockers to leave our suitcases before check in were very convenient as well.
The biggest inconvenience is that the appartment DOESN'T HAVE AC. The air conditioning is necessary in summer months, when temperatures rise above 30. The windows dont have vertical inclination to keep them half open. Shower water wasn't passing though properly. Needs to be fixed. Overall cleaning in the living room could have been better.

Schön eingerichtete, perfekt ausgestattete und geräumige Wohnung im (auch abends) sehr lebendigen Viertel rund um die place d'Italie: vielfältige Speise- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, gute Metro- und Busverbindungen zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten.
