Everything was great and the apartment was a nice space to return to after busy days of sightseeing.

The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. It was small but suited our family of four. The street was quiet and safe with plenty of choice in restaurants and cafes and the Place d'Italie was a couple of minutes walk away.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Whilst it’s not in a very touristy area, that was actually what I liked. We got to interact with locals, and I think a lot of things were actually cheaper to buy. Close to 2 metros, Corvisart & Place d’Italie., but neither have any access other than stairs. The apartment was a good size with all the facilities we needed and a lovely view of the corner park. Lots of options of food and drinks around it. It was very secure with code access to gain entry from the street, into the building and into the apartment. Love that I don’t have to worry about keys and that (there were 4 of us) we could go out independently and still have access to the room.

The external stairs to get into the actual apartment. A private access off the street, but the. An external set of steps up to the apartments. A little dicey when wet or snowing. Most places we’ve stayed seem a little lean with the toilet paper, minor but with 4 adults and 8 days at this venue we need more than 3 rolls.

A cozy place to stay in an energetic and quirky neighborhood that will please all travelers.

I loved staying at this property. It is nestled in a fun neighborhood , lots of cafes , restaurants and bakeries. A transportation hub is within walking distance- lines 5,6,7. There is even a mall nearby. Make sure you spend time walking around the neighborhoods as there are murals and other art works all over the buildings. A treat for all, especially art lovers. The apartment itself was very spacious and comfortable - two bedrooms, three beds and a pull-out couch. My family and I enjoyed the complimentary tea every morning. There is a full kitchen that gave us the opportunity to cook meals and save left overs in the mini fridge. The bathroom is stalked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, ample towels and a hair dryer. The laundry room is convient - free to wash and dry clothes. I had trouble entering the main courtyard and and the building, but was helped right away via text messaging. I would 100% stay here again.

It’s important to note that my clothes took a very long time to dry. It took longer then the time it was set- I would add 40 minutes, it would eventually get to 10 minutes then more time would be added. Highly recommend washing and drying clothes once you come home in the evening and don’t plan on going out again. The shower is lovely. Heats up right away. However, pay attention to the fact that it is only half way enclosed. No matter how careful we were water did get all over the floor- I stayed at two other places and all of the showers were like this, so it’s probably a French bathroom design. Also the tub is quiet high, which you have to climb into to take a shower. It could be very challenging if someone has mobility issues- not being a walk in shower.

Nicely decorated and clean apartment in an interesting area

Cute little apartment, well equipped, comfortable bed and nicely scented shampoo etc, perfect for 2-3 guests in an interesting area of Paris near the Sorbonne, lots of options for drinking/eating out, great to have access to washing & drying facilities, lots of interesting street art to explore Very responsive host and the housekeeper was just so helpful when I couldn't get the dryer to work - I was grateful she was there!

The access to the apartments is via a narrow metal staircase with hardly enough room on the landing to put a suitcase down to enter the access code. It would be extremely difficult for an older or physically challenged person or someone with a pram. The photos make it look more spacious than it is and 4 people would be very tight - it would physically be hard to seat 4 people in the lounge or dining areas. Comfort factor of the lounge was a little poor - you could feel it was a sofa bed as soon as you sat on it and the hard floor in the apartment above transferred noise until they went out or went to bed. Provision of black tea and some HRT milk would have been welcome, as would a hand towel in the WC and written instructions for the clothes dryer visible in the laundry.

Perfect for family vacation.

Everything. Fully equipped. Appropriate for family with children, 6 and 7 I years old.Everything new and clean. We used the wash machine. The staff communicated with us to see that everything was ok and was always available via email. No noise from outside. Perfect neighbourhood with restaurants. Nearby bakery.

Paris in the heatwave. Beautiful but apartment too hot.

Family of 4, 2 teens and parents. Location is great, close to restaurants and bars, and the metro line. Super easy for transportation. Beds are very comfortable and apartment is small but well equipped.

We were in Paris during the heatwave and there is no A/C in the apartment, so it got very very hot. It was impossible to open the windows because of the heat which made the apartment a real oven. Very hard to sleep because of the heat. For that price per night we could have found somewhere with A/C (around 600$ CAD per night). I did check and found options for even less, but it was complicated to move places considering cancellation policy etc. Bare in mind, no change of sheets, towels or others during your stay. It was impossible to do early check-in or late checkout even at a rate.

Fantastic place for short or long stay

Interesting part of the city, with many bars, restaurants and supermarkets, but quiet, calm and friendly during the night. Good connectivity with metro and buses. The Apartment No.1 is fantastic, with everything you may need for your stay. The entrance stairway to the facility (mentioned in the review of the place) was not a problem for us. Access with code lockers (instead of keys) was so comfortable. We really enjoyed to be there.

Esperienza autentica parigina, comfort totale e posizione perfetta

Soggiorno davvero molto piacevole, ci siamo trovati benissimo. L’appartamento è accogliente, pulitissimo e ben organizzato, con spazi funzionali e un’atmosfera che ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio. Letto molto comodo, composto da due letti singoli uniti che insieme formano un vero super king size, bagno spazioso e una cucina completa che ho utilizzato spesso durante il soggiorno. La posizione è davvero strategica: ci sono due fermate metro a pochi minuti e anche una fermata autobus, quindi in base alla destinazione si trova sempre la linea più comoda per muoversi rapidamente in tutta Parigi. La struttura Butte aux Cailles è stata una bellissima scoperta e il quartiere lo abbiamo trovato autentico, tranquillo e ricco di vita locale, con ristorantini e locali tipici. Molto apprezzato anche il sistema di riscaldamento, gestibile tramite consolle a muro, dalla quale era possibile anche riprodurre musica via Bluetooth. Una chicca davvero eccezionale, così come le casse acustiche tonde a parete, simpatiche e ben integrate nell’ambiente. Check-in semplice, comunicazione chiara e host disponibile e attento. Nel complesso un soggiorno ottimo, tornerei volentieri e lo consiglio senza esitazioni.

Segnalo solo due piccoli aspetti migliorabili, che non hanno comunque rovinato l’esperienza: la mancanza della cappa aspirante si sente se si cucina spesso, e nella doccia a volte dal sifone usciva un odore non molto piacevole. Nulla di grave, ma sono dettagli facilmente risolvibili.

Ottima posizione bello...ma va migliorato

La posizione dell'hotel è molto comoda. L'alloggio è organizzato bene. La zona cucina/pranzo è dotata di tutto il necessario. Il bagno ampio e spazioso con una doccia molto molto confortevole.

L'accesso all'hotel è abbastanza angusto. Si passa da scale in cui non è comodo portare valigie. L'alloggio è indicato per 4 utenti, ma due devono dormire su uno scomodissimo divano letto, con un materasso sottile in cui si sente la rete sottostante. Inoltre, non è dritto! è leggermente inclinato: la parte dei piedi è più alta della parte della testa. Un'aspetto molto sgradevole, è stato che abbiamo dovuto aprire noi il divano letto, ma al di sotto c'era mooolta polvere. Quindi prima di poterci dormire abbiamo dovuto pulire. Per quanto riguarda la zona cucina/pranzo, si sottolinea la presenza di tutti gli elettrodomestici, compreso la macchinetta del caffè e la lavastoviglie, ma la completa assenza di capsule, per entrambi. Il termosifone della camera da letto non funzionava.

Goede locatie, prima appartement, zouden we zeker nog een keer boeken!

Met de toegangscodes kun je naar binnen, dus je hoeft geen sleutel op te halen o.i.d. Dat kwam ons erg goed uit, want met files e.d. weet je nooit precies hoe laat je aankomt. Verder is het een rustige buurt, dus je kunt lekker slapen met het raam open. Supermarkt, meerdere bakkers en metro op loopafstand.

Es un poco complicado ubicar el lugar, ya que es una puerta muy pequeña justo al lado de un bar pizzería y no tiene algo distintivo .. la puesta es negra con el logo de la empresa negra (por lo que no se nota) si la puerta fuera roja (por ejemplo) se notará mucho más

Muy limpio, tenía de todo, la cocina muy completa. Está situado al lado de una plaza con muchas líneas de metro, en un barrio muy seguro.

Al llegar fuimos a dejar nuestro equipaje en las taquillas q ofrecía el alojamiento, pero las q quedaban libres no funcionaban y no pudimos dejarlas ahí.

Schönes Apartment nahe des Place d'italie

Die Größe und die Lage des Apartments war für uns perfekt. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet und man kann auch die Küche für Frühstück und Abendessen gut nutzen. Das Apartment wurde im Vorfeld sehr gut gereinigt. So konnte man auch den Wasserkocher ohne zusätzliches reinigen nutzen. Matratzen sind sehr bequem. Check-in war reibungslos.

Nichts Zu beachten ist, dass der Zugang zum Apartment über Treppen geht. Je nachdem welches Apartment man bucht befindet sich das Apartment in der ersten oder zweiten Etage. Im Erdgeschoss sind keine Apartments.

Siamo stati benissimo, l’appartamento ti fa sentire a casa!

La struttura è molto accogliente, pulita e dotata di tutto ciò che possa servire in vacanza..bagno enorme con una doccia spettacolare, un vero e proprio surplus! La cucina piccolina ma dotata di tutto, addirittura tostapane, bollitore e macchina del caffè con un contenitore pieno di capsule! Fermata della metro a pochi passi, così come ristoranti, negozi e boulangerie Lo staff dell’appartamento molto disponibile, ho avuto necessità di informazioni e hanno risposto immediatamente, veloci ed esaurienti, addirittura mi hanno mandato le informazioni su metro e Rer da prendere per arrivare a Disneyland! Siamo rimasti molto contenti del nostro soggiorno qui, lo consigliamo vivamente!!

Séjour agréable à la butte aux cailles

L'appartement est confortable, bien équipé, très propre. Sa mise à disposition est très bien gérée.

L'accès par les deux escalies étroits et raides complique un peu la vie. Malgré le double vitrage, on entend les clients à la terrasse du bar au dessous, au delà de 22h30. C'est juste des conversations, mais c'est un peu gênant.

Przyjemne doświadczenie

Faktycznie obiekt był super czysty,. Ciężko cokolwiek negatywnego napisać. Ładnie urządzony. Blisko staje metra z których łatwo się dostaniesz do obowiązkowych atrakcji Paryża.

Ciężko zrozumieć kompletny brak wieszaków w łazience/wc. Dobór herbat był naprawdę dziwny :)

Al di là delle nostre aspettative

Appartamento nuovo, pulito, ben arredato, ben organizzato. Dotato di tutto ciò che può essere utile sia in cucina che nel bagno. La posizione è eccellente sia per i mezzi di spostamento (Metro 7 fermata Corvisart e Metro 5-6-7 in Place D'Italie) che per la tranquillità della zona, sembra di stare in un piccolo paesetto e sotto casa bar e ristoranti senza mai troppo chiasso. L'host quandè stato contattato per qualche richiesta ha risposto in modo veloce accontentandoci sempre. Utilissimi gli armadietti dove lasciare i bagagli il giorno della partenza (o dell'arrivo se in anticipo). Da tenere presente la presenza delle scale senza ascensore se si va in compagnia di persone anziane o con qualche difficoltà.

Escaliers raides et étroit ( pour moi ok mais si valise lourde et personnes âgées c’est à signaler). La baignoire très bien sauf pour personne âgée ( enjambement ). La pizzeria et sa terrasse au pied de l’éts peut engendrer du bruit.

El apartamento es tal como se ve en las fotos. Muy bonito y limpio. Las camas cómodas. El baño amplio. La cocina dispone de todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. En una habitación fuera del apartamento dispone de lavadora y secadora. La ubicación nos gustó, tranquila pero hay en la misma calle pizzería, restaurante, supermercado y otras tiendas. Hemos encontrado el parquin gratuito en la calle. Esta bastante cerca de los puntos emblemáticos de Paris. Muy recomendable.

Konumu çok iyiydi. M6 ve M7 metrolarına (10 dk), hatta yürümeyi biraz daha seven biriyseniz (20 dk) CDG havalimanına doğrudan giden RER-B'ye de yürüme mesafesinde. Yaklaşık 5 dakika yürüme mesafesinde zincir marketlerden bir tanesi bile vardı. Temizlik çok iyiydi. Ev ortamına, profesyonel bir otel hizmeti ile sahip olmuş olduk. Bagaj saklama hizmeti başarılıydı. (Check-in öncesi ve Check-out sonrası belirlenen saatler dahilinde) Ayrıca neyi merak edip sorduysak anında detaylı ve tatmin edici bir şekilde geri bildirim aldık.
