The breakfast was good and cappuccino from the coffee machine was the best you could get in the city. Room was clean, location was really good. Staff was nice and helpful. I think this hotel is really good value for money.
There is no air conditioning, can be a problem in hot summer.

The rate was excellent, very good value for money. The room was clean and there was cleaning service available everyday. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They allowed me an early check-in and late check-out for a small amount. Location is great, I always find Place d’Italie as very convenient: comfortably close to nice places and at the same time calm, safe and accessible.
The room was very small, that you can’t even move in it, it felt that there is no space for my luggage even. It felt a bit of an old hotel, not renovated (especially the bathroom). Some of the classic facilities for a hotel room were not there: mini refrigerator, steamer, coffee machine. It felt overall a bit overrated compared to the score it has on Booking and even on Google Maps. I stayed there 8 nights, but I wouldn’t recommend it for long stays like this, perhaps for shorter stays only.
