The rooms were grest if not a little small

We landed in Paris during a heatwave - 37 degrees - and prayed for decent AC in the hotel. We got it! Room small, but clean, in an absolutely fantastic neighbourhood full of cafes and bars, an easy metro ride from the centre - would 100% stay in this hotel again, and, in fact, plan to :-)

Rooms are fairly small, but honestly all we cared about was quiet, good AC and cleanliness! And it delivered on all those fronts. And Butte-aux-Cailles was a fantastic surprise - such a brilliant area with loads of character.

Rooms are small but OK. Comfortable, nice beds. Generally room was clean.

Hotel shower however, had significant amounts of black mold along the edges and corners of the shower. This might be quite bad for those sensitive to mold, especially black mold. Towels were not changed every day so had to use slightly smelly and damp towels. Upon check-in, the hotel asked me to pay for the full six days I planned to stay, and refused to refund any of my payment when I was forced to cut my trip short by a full day. Unlike other good hotels I've stayed at, they insisted that since I had paid for the full six days, they "could not" return any of my money even though I alerted them on the third day of my stay about the fact that I would have to leave a day earlier than I had planned. No, I would not recommend this hotel since much better options are available nearby.
