Det var veldig sentralt og leiligheten var moderne og så ut til å være nylig oppusset. Velutstyrt leilighet. Gode romslige senger å ligge i og sofa ute på balkongen. Det var både oppvaskmaskin og vaskemaskin. Ellers meget god kundeservice - da vi fikk lov å være i leiligheten mye lenger enn utsjekkstiden.

Fant ikke butikken der vi skulle hente nøkkel med en gang. Men grei ordning med henting og levering av nøkler. Savnet et større bord da vi skulle spise og skulle gjerne hatt bord ute på balkongen. Men de små bordene var jo flyttbare da.. så det gikk greitt.

1) There are heaters and air conditioning. This is brilliant for almost any time of year. 2) The bathroom has underfloor heating – this is quite rare and a big plus. 3) There’s really everything you need for cooking at home. 4) Host was more or less always available. 5) The flat is close (within walking distance) to Oslo’s central stations. 6) Good soundproofing. 7) The beds are a bit high, but very comfortable. 8) Plenty of cupboards and plenty of storage space.

1) It would be helpful to clearly inform guests that the floor X corresponds to button X+1 in the lift. This could be confusing, especially during a late check-in. 2) The Wi-Fi details should be easier to find. 3) A printed house rules sheet in 2–3 languages would be a nice touch. 4) I couldn’t find any black tea. A small tea selection would make the stay more convenient. 5) There was no proper workspace. We managed to use the area in front of the TV, but working there was a bit uncomfortable. 6) A little bit too much muslims in the area (very subjective).
