Three exceptional things -- the communications, the advanced technologies and the cleanliness. Right after confirmation of booking, the hotel sent communication from time to time, explaining the keyless entry system, and information about the stay, which was really helpful. Staff connected to me via WhatsApp, and they never failed to give an instant response to any questions. Cleanliness wasn't just applied to my room, but to all areas in the hotel, even to the luggage storage facility in the basement -- an area easily gets overlooked.

Just one thing -- We had a two bedrooms apartment during our stay, one of the rooms has got a weird floor plan. Perhaps it's because of the physical constraint, leaving just a small gap between the end of the beds and the wall, where one has to pass through constantly. Though there was a shortcoming, the beds were still very comfortable and rooms were still spacious.

Very good communication and apartment. It was clean, well equipped, and good directions.

The property itself was immaculate and very comfortable

The area it is located in, the accessibility and the smell in the building

it was clean, quite easy to get into and it had the most basic amenities.

The double bed was very small. No air conditioning (it was hot). Shower had one side glass wall (or door) missing, water going everywhere. Servicing communication done by an AI bot (repetitive, annoying and ultimately useless). Vent above cooker not working - they kept insisting it is fine, but not able to explain how to make it work.
