L’appartamento è situato in un residence in posizione centrale, in 15/20 min a piedi puoi raggiungere le attrazioni più belle del centro di Oslo. È vicino alla fermata della metropolitana e stazione del bus. La cucina è attrezzata con il necessario e ci sono lavastoviglie e lavatrice. C’è anche un piccolo terrazzino. Il proprietario si è dimostrato molto gentile.

Il terzo letto singolo disponibile è una poltroncina/letto molto scomoda. Appartamento ottimo per tre posti letto. Il costo del parcheggio auto è proibitivo: 10 euro l’ora !!! Se lasciate la macchina per 24 ore pagherete circa 55 euro. Usate i mezzi pubblici, sono efficientissimi o la bici.

Leiligheten til Carlos er lys, romslig og den er moderne og hyggelig innredet. Den ligger i 3. Etasje i et boligkompleks, sentralt på Grønland. Fra stua er det utgang til en deilig balkong med komfortable stoler, som vender ut mot en grønn, vakker, stille bakgård, perfekt for avslapning. Kjøkkenet har både komfyr, kjøleskap, oppvaskemaskin. Badet er romslig , fliselagt og har varmekabler, dusj og vaskemaskin. Leiligheten har 1 soverom med en god dobbeltseng. Beliggenheten er i hjertet av Grønland med Grønland torg, internasjonale restauranter og hyggelige små butikker på gateplan. TBanen og Oslo Bussterminal like i nærheten. Carlos svarer raskt og er hjelpsom. Jeg kommer gjerne tilbake. 😊

Jeg slet litt med at nøkkelen var vanskelig å få inn og ut av nøkkelhullet.

We stayed at this apartment for three nights. It’s very close to Central Station, in a multicultural neighbourhood called Grønland. You pick up the key at a store in de bus station, which is next to the train station. Carlos gave us clear instructions. As well as being close to public transport, there’s a shared bicycle location nearby. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, except for a coffee maker. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of closet space. The spacious bathroom has a small shower and a washing machine, which was great to have. The kitchen has a dishwasher, as well as tabs, cleaning supplies, salt, pepper and oil and such. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony, overlooking the trees in the courtyard.

I think a coffee maker really is necessary in any apartment. The bedroom is situated on the street side, which is a little noisy, but nothing too bad. The apartment building is on the older side, however, it’s kept very clean.

Minha única estadia que eu de fato não consegui ficar, paguei e não consegui reservei em outro lugar. A única parte boa foi que estava realmente limpo.

A começar pelo check in ter atrasado 30 minutos, o fato de ter que buscar e entregar as chaves do outro lado da cidade é realmente desconfortável. Ao chegar no local as fotos da portaria do anúncio não é a mesma. Aí você precisa passar por 4 portas até o apartamento e andar o condomínio inteiro tendo uma porta direto para a rua que seria muito mais prático mais o anfitrião fez questão com que eu passasse por todo o condomínio e 4 portas anteriores. A porta de acesso ao bloco estava com defeito a tag não funcionou tive sorte que um morador estava saindo e consegui entrar. E para minha surpresa não tinha elevador subi 3 lances de escadas com minhas malas. Interruptores e algumas luzes não funcionam. O corredor é totalmente exposto e muitas pessoas na rua ficam olhando você entrar e sair. A porta da entrada tem uma janela sem cortina todos que passam no corredor conseguem ver. Realmente não me senti segura e preferi perder o dinheiro investido e ir para um outro local seguro.
