Very quiet and really good location

Small pillows, but that’s just a minor complaint

Great location, well equipped, handy having a washing machine with airer. Double bed was huge and very comfy. Lots of storage in bedrooms. Supermarket just downstairs was well stocked. Balcony was a sun trap by late afternoon with fab views.

Very noisy on Friday night. The apartment above dropped cigarette butts and beer cans from their balcony to ours. Would have been useful to have some scissors and a tea towel. No cupboards to store our food as we were self catering.

Not a great experience unfortunately.

It started unfortunately with staff at the front desk . The first chap- dark hair - was helpful. When we returned to collect our luggage and pick up our key the blond chap was the antithesis of customer service. Our room / apartment- the bed and the lack of air circulation was the worst . Just sitting on the bed caused the slats to collapse and subsequently we discovered a leg was faulty. We mged to fix temporarily and reported it . Hopefully that has now been rectified. Given that our stay was during the continuous heat waves - supplying a fan to accommodation wld seem a very small ask to help make guests stay more comfortable as these buildings are airless. I can understand being caught unawares in the first heat wave - however this was at least the third wave. The apartment was well equipped & laid out. but shows signs of a lack if regular maintenance ( visible damage to bathroom and entrance door).
