Solace Apartment, Oslo Downtown

Location is amazing. Owner is friendly.

Clean and had all the things we needed for stay

The Checkin checkout process is bad .. u need to collect keys from a store that’s 12 min walk from the appartment! We arrived with luggage and was very inconvenient.

Easy communication with host - promptly responding. Very good price / value ratio. Clean apartment. Well equipped kitchen, everything working well. Good Wifi coverage and speed. Key pickup and return option 24/7 Clear instructions for key pickup and entering apt. (all in English) Good central location - train station in walking distance. We were facing an issue with towels first day - solved by host the same day.

Minor things - mentioned just to provide more comprehensive picture: A bit hidden dishwasher tabs (we found them on last day - we should ask :-). Vertical window blinds would require minor maintenance. Chip for opening the main door working not every time properly, some patience and more attempts needed. Key pickup in a few minutes walking distance.
