Close to the train station, which has its pros and cons. Near a grocery store and lots of kebab places, one or two Indian restaurants, some “pubs” that appeared to be more places to drink beer while watching sports in the dark.
I’m sure the neighborhood was safe but felt somewhat uncomfortable at night. Looked to be a fair number of tourist rental apartments given whom I saw on the streets in addition to the patrons of the restaurants, so a real mix of nationalities, which was positive for the safety factor. Overlooked a parking lot on its small balcony (weather was bad so never used it). Never found the washing machine, as it was apparently not in the unit itself. Didn’t spend much time in the unit but it had what most would need. Basically a mixed bag.

Nie bylo zbyt czysto na balkonie porozrzucany czosnek szyby bardzo brudne ale to noe bylo problemem na lozku pojedyncze wlosy,na szkle na stoliku plamy ,stare kapcie i japonki poupychane w szafie i na stojaku na buty ogolnie widac bylo ze jest ogarniete ale nie posprzatane dobrze

Die Lage und Gegend ist fantastisch!!!
Supermarkt Extra (günstig!) ums Eck, günstiger Gemüsehändler (Türke) 300m weiter Richtung Stadtzentrum, Inder mit vernünftigen Preisen. Ca. 500m über die Eisenbahn-Fußgängerbrücke ins neue Fischerviertel, Barcode-Viertel, zum Munch-Museum und zur Oper.
Tolles geräumiges Apt. mit Aufzug im 3. Stock, super ruhige Lage, bequeme Betten und Couch (im Wohnzi.), Küche voll ausgestattet (auch Gewürze und Öl vorhanden), SpüMa, WC mit Dusche, Balkon mit Stühlen und Tisch, Parkplatz Fr-So im Innenhof kostenlos (Reserviert "ITERATE"). Ich würde sofort wieder dort hinfahren.
