Район в 20 минутах ходьбы от центра (оперы), т.е. вполне приемлемо, но к вечеру наполняется сомнительными шумными персонажами (НЕ белокурыми светловолосым викингами). Они не пристают, если на них не реагировать, но видно, что если среагируешь, то начнут что-то втюхивать или клянчить. Тем не менее, опасности не чувствуется.

I think the property is good enough for the price. It is also few minutes walk to the station. The host is cool.

Location was near city centre and public transportation.

There was a clutter in the apartment. Tidying it up would make it more inviting. Guest could not use balcony, as it was full of clutter and loundry. Room was really small. As I understood one other tiny ”room” - possible originally a closet - had no window; I hope it is not listed out at all because no quest should be accomodated there! Neigbourhood was restless in the evenings. All in all The apartment could make a reasonable good rental property if a little more effort were put into it (decluttering, ensure that beds are comfortable and beddings clean, offer clear arrival instructions).
