I like the coziness, the living room / bedroom was very nice. Even the view is spectacular.
1) Deposit of RM 300 cash ONLY. Luckily I brought cash. Only knew it while checking in. Should inform earlier on message at booking. And RM 300 deposit is too much.
2) I asked about breakfast, at 1st the staff said my room does not include breakfast. I showed her my booking, only then she gave me a breakfast voucher. I wonder what if I also forget about it.
3) The room was nice but there were many cockroaches (the small types) in the kitchen area.
4) I need to request a kettle, extra mug, iron and iron board because those items were not in my room.
5) The remote TV has no battery inside. Another thing that I have to request.
6) They offer free coconut water if we give a good review on Google. But only available after 2 PM (which is after check out time). No point of waiting.
