    The worst host ever. Agile apartment is managed by many rental offices. This one in particular ( mr. Vincent NG ) is the worst. We arrived at 14:30 ( we texted him one month ago to let him know our arrival time ). At 3 pm he finally reached out to us telling that the room was not ready. That it's gonna take 1- 1.5 hours to clean. There were 4 of us. I am with my two children and my mom who is 76 years old. So we were waiting at the loby ( he wouldn't tell us which loby we should wait ). We had to wait until people come out to sneak in to any loby. We waited at loby B2 ( air con was off and no toilet ). At 5 Pm, he texted me telling us to go to C2 loby. And get anybody to help open the mailbox ( he left the key at the mailbox ). How gentleman he is right? When i walked into the room. The bathroom looked like that. Which i immediately texted and showed him the pic. He then told us to wait for the cleaner to finish cleaning other units ( that means waiting for another 2 hours. It was already 5:30 PM at that time. I thought i didn't want to waste any more hours waiting for the room to be cleaned. So i had to clean the bathroom myself. And again, no apology or compensation from the great Mr. Vincent Ng. This man is too proud to even apologize.

    The apartement Location is convenient and the room itself is clean. However , the main issue is the bathrom . The tiny flies keep coming out of the shower drain. It was quite uncomfortable. Hope the management can fix the drain so future guests don't have the same problem. thank you

    A bit disappointed cause i had booked this unit as one of the room supposed to have a double decker bed with a slide. Asked the staff regarding this but no reply. Pls dont use pictures that does not reflect the apartment properly. Swimming pool was also closed for maintenance on a saturday. Overall its okay.
