Terrible company but good location. We booked one bedroom apartment for a month or more. When we checked in, the staff gave us 2 bedroom apartment. We told him that we booked one bedroom apartment not two bedroom apartment. He sais "it`s ok, two bedroom apartment is not available". He did not charge us more on that day. But after two days, he started to text us and asking us immediately move out of the apartment or pay them many hundreds of euros more because we are staying in two bedroom apartment. We said that this is not our mistake and we insisted to move in to one bedroom apartment that we paid. He said one bedroom apartment does not exist in this building. He told us that they made mistake when they listed this property on AGODA. They put the price wrong. He threatened to give us one more day and then move out immediately. We made multiple phone calls to AGODA, after one day, AGODA paid what they asked for two bedroom apartment for our stay because this mistake was not caused by us. AGODA assured us that not that they paid what this company asked for for the mistake that they caused themselves, we can just stay there. After few days again, we could not use our elevator card to enter and exit the building. The staff told us because we did not pay for two bedroom apartment, the owner did not pay for the utility for that month. Crazy experience. AGODA already paid the amount that they blackmailed us for, and they still did not pay utility bills so that we could not use the elevator in the building.
This was a horrible experience, especially we booked the apartment for a long period of time.
Other than this, the location is AMAZING, it is close to TRX mall, walking distance to Pavillion. Wonderful location. They have a gym and swimming pool. And night view is just amazing. Close to some restaurants. One of the best locations.
We are grateful for AGODA solving this issue immediately and re-assured us during our stay for the mistake that caused by this company. Otherwise, booking for another month any apartment last minute would have cost us too much.
Don't miss out! Price and availability may change
