If you are looking for luxury 5-star facilities, please note that this is a cheap and budget-friendly hotel with standard amenities. However, the hospitality here easily beats a 5-star experience! The highlight of my stay was the front office officer Nasir. As a frequent traveler who has been to many places, I have rarely encountered someone so genuinely cheerful, polite, and professional. Nasir is incredibly helpful, well-mannered, and always greets guests with an infectious smile. While the property itself is simple and low-cost, Nasir's high-level customer service completely elevates the entire experience. If you are looking for an affordable stay in this area with top-notch hospitality, Twister Hotel is a fantastic choice. Huge thanks to Nasir for making my stay so pleasant! Will definitely visit again.

The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. Nasir provided a smooth check-in and a room upgrade when my room wasn't ready and Sofia conducted a quick and easy check-out. The room and bathroom are spacious and clean. Water pressure is great. There is also no smoke smell during my stay but there is just a little bit of noise outside. Overall a nice experience to stay here.

It is a bit confusing to book Grab based on the location and the Grab drivers tend to park away from the hotel. Sometimes it is difficult to get Grab too because the hotel location is away from the main areas.
