Posizione comoda e tranquilla vicina a due fermate metro, appartamento carino e accogliente, in una bella via. Gradita la presenza di due condizionatori, anche se non sono stati necessari.
4° piano con scala a chiocciola in legno scricchiolante, appartamento poco luminoso, lavandino del bagno intasato.
