Location was excellent, very easy access to train station. Very close to canal St Martin. Flat it's self is comfy and well equipped. Very quiet.
Not suitable for elderly or any one with a disability. No extra towels to use if staying for a week. No view. Dinning chairs slightly shaky and uncomfortably.

Sehr gut gelegen und schön ausgestattet. Wir fanden es sehr gemütlich. Gute Matratze, nicht zu weich! Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es in jedem Falle weiter empfehlen.

Bruit des étages supérieurs dont party finissant à 3 hres AM Propreté qui laisse à désirer Luminaires qui ne fonctionnent pas. Même draps pour la durée de notre séjour soit 15 nuits Je ne le recommande pas.
