L'emplacement est génial et la vue super.
L'appartement est parfait pour 2 personnes.
L'appartement est très propre avec les commodités attendues.
La salle de bain est vraiment trop petite, il ne faut pas être grand ou gros.
Du coup, on est plus regardant sur les détails :
Le pommeau de douche fuit, le mitigeur ne permet pas un réglage aisé de la température, la position et la taille du ballon d'eau chaude n'ai pas approprié et il y a une odeur désagréable.

Très bel appartement avec vue sur le canal.
Quartier sympa et calme.
Gare et métro proche.
Salle de bain très petite avec relents d'égouts.
Escalier très étroit pour monter au deuxième étage. Difficile avec une valise.

The location is fantastic. It's right next to the canal where you can go for a walk or run and there are lots of cafes and restaurants. The public transport connections are also good. It's a 7-10 minutes walk to Gare du l'est or Republique. The apartment is very small but bright. There were three of u but we made it work. The sofa unfolds into a comfortable double bed. There is a fridge, microwave and coffee machine. So while it's small and it's on the second floor with a narrow and steep staircase (won't work for someone with mobility issues), the location makes up for the size.
There was no WiFi. I texted the number indicated on booking.com, but they didn't fix it. There was no WiFi box, so it was either broken or stolen, but I would have expected an explanation why the situation wasn't remedied. I had to use my mobile data. The bathroom is very small, which in Paris is not necessarily surprising, but you need to know this. The plumbing was probably very old because there was a bad smell coming up through the bathroom sink.

Gute Lage, nicht weit vom Bahnhof und vielen Bars, Restaurants gelegen.
Sehr steile und extrem enge Wendeltreppe zur Wohnung im 2. Stock. Das Badezimmer roch sehr unangenehm nach Feuchtigkeit. In der Wohnung gab es sehr schwüle Luft, man musste durchgehend lüften, jedoch in der Nacht war es dann sehr laut.
