Cosy flat, nice location, quiet and calm despite vibrant neighborhood
A bit warm in the summer heat but the basement location helped. Some things were missing (lightbulbs, lock on bathroom door) and were not replaced during our one week stay.

Good location and size
Very poor check in experience. Keys were not at the pick up location. Eventually managed to contact the owner and arranged for keys. No apology or explanation. No air conditioning or fan and very warm. Noisy outside so difficult to leave window open. In particular neighbour watching something on phone, while speaking very loudly directly outside bedroom window at close to midnight.
