Darina was fantastic with communication, the check-in process, and offering suggestions for things to do in Paris. The apartment is cozy and located in a neighborhood full of great dining and drinking spots, with a more local feel than touristy—which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this place for a stay in Paris!

We stayed here a week while we explored Paris. We were just a few minutes walk from the République Metro station, which gave us easy and quick access to most of Paris. The apartment is very pleasant and in a well kept building. The apartment is on the 6th floor and is served by the building‘s elevator, which goes to the 5th floor, plus an easy 1 flight of stairs. Overall the nicest apartment we’ve stayed in when we have visited Paris.

Just perfect: really quiet in the middle of a nice neighborhood (canal quay, shops, bistro) at 6th floor (elevator to the 5th) in a beatiful building, well maintained. Beds, bathroom, kitchen: everything is fine.Contact with the resident is easy, fast and well organised.
