Studio Trip In Paris - Gare de l'Est

Schoon, vlakbij station en metrolijnen, en een park. Eigenaren waren zeer behulpzaam!

Geen kleerkast of makkelijke stoel. Studio was erg klein.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer autofreien Straße im 7. Stock (Aufzug vorhanden) eines größeren Wohnhauses und ist nur 5 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn entfernt. Da wir mit der Bahn anreisten, war die Lage für uns perfekt. Im Haus selbst ist es sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen kleinen Eingangsberech mit Kühlschrank, wo Schuhe und Jacken plaziert werden, einen Waschraum mit Dusche und einen großen Raum, der als Küche-, Ess- und Schlafzimmer genutzt wird. Die Wohnung ist nicht mit unnötigen Möbeln oder Dekosachen überladen, dadurch hatten wir als vierköpfige Familie viel Platz, um die Koffer abzustellen oder uns zu bewegen. Zum Schlafen hatten wir 2 Einzelbetten und ein Schlafsofa. Es gibt keinen Geschirrspühler, das wussten wir jedoch aus der Beschreibung, sonst hat die Küche absolut alles, was man als Selbstversorger brauchen kann. Dadurch, dass das große Zimmer durch eine Tür vom Flur getrennt ist, wurde der Schlaf nicht durch das Brummen des Kühlschranks gestört. Die beiden Fenster können komplett abgedunkelt werden. Saubere, gepflegte und staubfreie Wohnung, saubere angenehme Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und verabschiedet. Großer Dank an die Gastgeber!

Das Schlafsofa ist in der Mitte durchgelegen, was für zwei Personen nicht optimal ist.

My stay in this apartment was absolutely fantastic, and I highly recommend both the place and its wonderful host Anne! Anne is a person of rare kindness, helpfulness, and courtesy. From the very first moment, she was incredibly warm and welcoming. She is an extremely interesting woman, and I would have loved to spend more time chatting with her. In those few minutes we spent together during check-out, she told me a bit about the history of the neighborhood (Avenue de Verdun). It was fascinating to listen to her description of what feels like a free area, where people can express themselves openly for who they are and live according to their own philosophy of life, without judgment. She explained that it's like a small community where everyone looks out for one another and lends a helping hand, and walking through the streets, you can feel that exact atmosphere. Her words and the way she talked about her neighborhood truly touched me. Once I got back home, I decided to do a little research on the area and found out that, historically and culturally, this corner of the 10th arrondissement is indeed famous for its strong bohémienne, artistic, and multicultural vibe. It is one of the most open, inclusive, and tolerant areas in Paris, where personal expression, neighborhood life, and a strong spirit of mutual support flourish. As for the apartment and the host: Anne was endlessly patient and kind, even though we kept her waiting due to our delay. The place is beautiful, exceptionally bright, clean, and perfectly organized. Absolutely nothing is missing and it is fully equipped: from a hairdryer and toaster to a microwave, coffee machine, and everything you need to cook in total comfort. The location is strategic, next to the Canal Saint-Martin, the Jardin Villemin (with the playground in the photo) and the Gare de l'Est station (literally two steps away). Thank you to Anne for making our Parisian experience so special. We cannot wait to come back!

Buona posizione. Appartamento pulito tranquillo e silenzioso. Bagno nuovo, doccia comoda.

Letto comodo ma molto alto, cosi' come le sedie. Un paio di appendiabiti in piu' sarebbero comodi. Le foto dell'annuncio non sono chiarissime, pensavo di aver riservato un altro studio piu' grande. Per lo studio che ho avuto trovo il prezzo troppo elevato. Richiesta di checkout (?) e procedura di restituzione delle chiavi formulata poco chiaramente e fonte di malintesi (non e' sembrata possibile la semplice opzione di chiudere la porta lasciando le chiavi all'interno o altrove).
