Appartement central-coeur de Paris

L'appartamento è accogliente e ha un'ampia zona giorno. Nonostante sia al piano terra è ben illuminato con con tanti faretti a soffitto. Il bagno con doccia grande è nuovo e moderno. Dotato di tutti i servizi necessari per un soggiorno di diversi giorni tra cui Nespresso, tosta pane, bollitore, lavastoviglie e lavatrice/asciugatrice. A poche centinaia di metri si raggiungono diverse linee della Metrò di cui lo snodo République che permette di spostarsi velocemente ad ogni punto di interesse. Strategico anche per andare a Disneyland in meno di un ora. E' in un quartiere vivo dove ci sono diversi ristoranti, panifici e un negozio di alimentari dove si trova il necessario. Il proprietario è disponibile e risponde rapidamente in caso di necessità.

Il divano letto deve essere sostituito inquanto inutilizzabile come divano (i cuscini scivolano in avanti) e sfondato come letto (rete e materasso troppo morbidi che si affossano nel centro). Forse per dei bambini potrebbe andare ma non per degli adulti. Pericoloso anche per aprirlo perché la testata che si ribalta è rotta e spuntano delle viti pericolose. Inaccettabile per il costo dell'appartamento. Altri ospiti lo avevano già segnalato diverso tempo fa. Le finestre non si possono aprire ma il ricircolo dell'aria è garantito da aspiratori in ogni ambiente. Semmai gli aspiratori potrebbero essere un po' rumorosi per chi ha il sonno leggero e non possono essere spenti perché centralizzati.

Appartamento grande e abbastanza pulito. Dotato di tutto l’occorrente per soggiorni brevi (lavatrice, forno, microonde, ecc). Vicino a due fermate della metropolitana, farmacia, boulangerie e locali. L’host è stato molto disponibile a soddisfare alcune mie richieste durante il soggiorno

Mancanza di finestre che non consentono il ricambio dell’aria. Assenza chiave nella porta del bagno. Armadio un po’ datato in camera da letto.

Appartamento grande e abbastanza pulito. Doccia spaziosa. Appartamento dotato di lavatrice e asciugatrice.Ottima la posizione, vicina a molte fermate della metro e molte boulangerie e caffè. Nei dintorni anche molti locali per cenare. Consigliata

Non ci sono finestre, solo vetri opacizzati e non apribili, non consentendo il ricambio dell' aria

Good size, clearly renovated. Especially bathroom. Very well equipped. Appliances are new and work well, hot water flows immediately. The location was spectacular, in a lively neighborhood and next to Rèpublique metro station and 10 minutes walking from Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est. Plenty of Boulangerie-Pâtisseries and restaurants around. No major Paris landmark is more than 25-30 minutes walking, half that if using public transportation. These are all outstanding features of the property.

1. The absolute worst: no air conditioning. We went there in the middle of the worst heat wave in recorded history. The property has several portable fans, but without A/C it was pretty much uninhabitable and definitely uninviting during the day; and it was nearly impossible to sleep at night. We consider this a major drawback, so much so that it cancels out a lot of the good. We understand that A/C seems to be kind of a luxury in France, and that our experience would have been different in other seasons. But it was what it was. And, in our eyes, an apartment must be designed to ensure the comfort of its occupants no matter what the weather is, not just when it is pleasant. This was not the case. In this sense, it was a terrible experience. Coming back after a very long day in Paris to a hot and humid apartment was not enjoyable at all. 2. While the unit is completely renovated in the inside, the interfaces with the exterior (windows and door) were lacking. All the windows (to a dark and rundown courtyard) were tinted, and only the upper panels could be opened if stepping on a chair. Difficult to ventilate and very little light. The owners have done a great job at installing dozens of recessed spot lights in the ceiling, but it doesn’t take away from the impression that you are in a very dark place. The door was very old and difficult to open and close.
