Charming Parisian apartment in the Canal Saint Martin district

Located in the charming "bo-bo" (Bourgeois-Bohème) district of the Canal St Martin, located in the center of Paris, this 2-room apartment will offer you a true Parisian experience.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor, without elevator, of a typical Haussmannian building of the 19th century. Very bright and quiet on the courtyard it offers a pleasant living room with a new and comfortable sofa bed 160 cm wide and mattress 20 cm thick, a bedroom with a double bed, a large bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and sink, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, hob, kitchen utensils, toaster, kettle, coffee maker...)
There is Wifi, bed linen and towels are provided.
The historic Marais district is within walking distance and the metro will allow you to get around Paris easily.
République Metro station (3 minutes from the apartment) Lines: 3, 11, 9, 5, 8
Gare de l'Est station (10 minutes from the apartment) Lines: 5, 7, 4
Gare du Nord station (15 minutes from the apartment)
Eurostar, Thalys and RER B terminals which lead to Roissy-Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports.
The Canal Saint-Martin district is well known for its emerging fashion boutiques, traditional local grocery stores, including one of the best bakeries in Paris, and its many delicious restaurants and bars.

Communications and instructions were clear - we had an easy time entering the property and meeting up with a friend of the host at the entryway, who showed us to our room. The weather was super hot when we were visiting Paris, so the apartment can be warm but has windows (esp. in the bedroom) and a couple fans. Location is good and walkable! Republique is the nearest metro. Expect stairs. Had all the amenities we didn't necessarily expect in Paris - fridge, washer & dryer, big bathroom, dishwasher, etc. Would recommend!

Wonderful little apartment close to the canal. Great place to base your stay in Paris. We used both the bedroom and the pullout couch and they were both plenty comfortable. Highly recommend staying here.

Lovely place great neighborhood. Stairs to 4th level apartment may be a hindrance for some.

This location cannot be beat. Super spot. The apartment was clean and the host allowed us to drop our luggage early which was super helpful. Beware of the flights of stairs, but otherwise the flat was great. Wifi was fast, the Nespresso helpful.
