Enjoy a comfortable stay in this well-appointed studio equipped for your needs:
Main room: An inviting space with a double sofa bed and a double bed, a TV and a dining table for convivial moments.
Kitchen: Modern kitchen with hob, microwave and Nespresso machine.
Bathroom: A bathroom with all necessary amenities.
Toilet: One toilet in the bathroom.
Additional amenities: Wi-Fi included, bed linen and towels provided for each guest.
⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The studio is on the 2nd floor with no lift, up a very narrow and steep staircase: carrying suitcases up is difficult, and it is not suitable for older guests or guests with reduced mobility.
* The street is noisy at night and the building has poor soundproofing: with the windows open, the noise can easily keep you awake. Light sleepers and families with young children should take this into account.
* The shower room, with toilet, is very small and the shower tray is tiny: there is no room to dry yourself with the door closed. It is impractical for tall or larger guests.
* The studio is not air-conditioned: in summer it gets hot quickly, and opening the windows lets in the street noise. Guests who are sensitive to heat should take this into account.
* The studio is a single room with both the double bed and the double sofa bed. Ideal for two, it becomes tight for four, with no privacy between the two beds.
We prefer to mention this so that every guest can book with full knowledge. You will enjoy a view of the Canal Saint-Martin from a bright studio, 5 minutes' walk from Jacques Bonsergent metro station and a few minutes from Gare de l'Est.
