The apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen, bathroom, and living areas were fully equipped, which made our 6-night stay very convenient and enjoyable. The location was also very good, approximately a 10-minute walk from the center of Funchal, making it easy to explore the city without needing to drive all the time. Another positive aspect was that free parking spaces could usually be found near the accommodation. However, we would definitely recommend having a small car and good driving skills, as the streets in the area are quite narrow and steep.

Unfortunately, there was one major negative aspect during our stay. Throughout the 6 nights, we found many cockroaches inside the apartment. We understand that Madeira has a humid climate, but considering that the accommodation cost around €120 per night, we do not think this is acceptable. We reported the issue from the very first day of our stay, after finding three cockroaches in the apartment on the first night. We were told that this is something normal and that disinfection had already been carried out. However, we do not consider this to bd normal. This issue significantly affected our overall experience.
