Big apartment, comftorable bed, parking spot in a garage, has a terrace
No heating so if you’re coming in the winter it can get a bit cold, little toilet paper if you are staying a bit longer, also no kitchen towels to clean up a bit. Pans could be replaced as they are quite scratched
