Excellent communication with the owner. Key pickup via a secure lockbox. The apartment was clean and reasonably well-equipped. Spacious kitchen and living area. One bedroom is spacious. The two other bedrooms are quite small but sufficient for sleeping. The kitchen had most necessary equipment (we accidentally left behind a new large frying pan we had bought, so we hope future guests appreciate it). Water and juice were provided upon arrival. Toiletries, plenty of toilet paper, and lots of towels were ready for us. Amenities included a hairdryer, washing machine, laundry and cleaning supplies, dish soap, and dishwasher tablets. Two huge advantages of the apartment: two bathrooms with toilets and sinks (there is only one shower, but it was sufficient for the six of us, and we never ran out of hot water) and independent air conditioning in every room. Overall, it was a comfortable place to stay. One parking space in the underground garage was included. A small shop was a 2-minute walk away, a large supermarket was a 5-minute walk away, and several restaurants were within a 5-minute walk. It was a 5-minute walk to the beach (provided you don't mind stairs). The beach below the accommodation is very nice and modern, featuring an accessible area for people with disabilities with convenient entry into the water.

The beds in the two small bedrooms could have been more comfortable; the small double bed (140 cm wide) was quite narrow for two adults—a 160 cm bed would have easily fit—and the mattress was hard. The mattress on the bunk bed in the other room could also have been of better quality. We understand that a larger bed wouldn't fit in that room, but since the top bunk was positioned right under the air conditioning unit, we couldn't run the AC at night (though the room stayed comfortably cool thanks to the AC in the other rooms). We also would have appreciated a few small extras, like bedside lamps or a microwave, but these were really just minor details. Unfortunately, a new building is under construction right across the street, so there was a bit more dust and some noise; however, we had been warned about this before booking on Booking.com and assumed it was reflected in the price. Overall, it wasn't a major issue for us, and we understand it’s temporary. In general, apartment buildings are going up everywhere in this part of Split; it’s not exactly the prettiest part of town, but it’s simply a boom period. Once construction is finished, it will surely become a very nice neighborhood.

Все чисто, приємна натуральна постільна білизна. Дуже дбайлива гостинна власниця: в апартаментах було все, починаючи від пральних засобів, закінчуючи кавою та фільтр пакетами для кавомашини. Різні дрібниці - як для «жіночих» днів чи інше - це про турботу.
