Welcome, dear guest!
You're staying in recently refurbished, stylish 50 m² apartment with everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The space includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and open-plan living room—bright, airy, and perfect for unwinding. When you arrive, slip into the cozy home slippers we've prepared for you. On your left, you'll find a modern bathroom with a toilet and a washer/dryer. On the right is the kitchen, fully equipped with an air fryer, microwave, blender, and all the other appliances you might need. There are two air conditioning units throughout the apartment to keep the temperature just right. The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, a large wardrobe, and a full-length mirror. Step outside onto your private terrace, beautifully designed with patio flooring and planters along the railings. This outdoor space includes a 4-person hot tub with outdoors shower, a dining area, and sunbeds for soaking up the sun—from around 8 AM to 5 PM. The adjustable sunshade lets you enjoy as much or as little sunshine as you like. We look forward to welcoming you to beautiful Split!

Free public parking is available nearby. Please note that it operates on a first come, first served basis. There is parking at the beach too, but that one is affordable and costs 1 Eur per hour.
The apartment is just 250 meters from Žnjan Beach, which is upgraded and completed. Beach bars and restaurants are minute away. Additionally, you can enjoy other beautiful public beaches nearby, like the Radisson Blu beach—all just a short walk or drive away.
Getting to the center is simple—just 10–15 minutes by car, depending on traffic. There’s also a bus stop right outside, with bus 15 taking you directly to the city center. Nearby, you’ll also find a three supermarkets, drugstore, and ATMs.

Pretty close to perfect. Property is clearly a newer build in a newer building in a location where they have redone the entire oceanfront which offers multiple playgrounds in and out of the water for children, multiple restaurants, beachside bars, and a whole lot more. The beach there is slowly but surely climbing into the top three and probably soon to be number one beach just because of the amenities along the shore. We left ourselves one day for Time on the water spent 7 hours laying out swimming in the ocean and having lunch and beers on the beach.

The condo was nicely decorated and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the deck and hot tub. Wish we had more time to enjoy it, though. My husband and I liked the fact that the condo was located a short distance outside of old town. The owner even left us a bottle of wine to drink. Our stay was very enjoyable.

The unit was very clean, the patio and hot tub were amazing. Marko was great, super responsive and helped us with anything we needed!

The Interieur of the apartment was really stylish and modern. It was near the beach and in the part of Zneijan. The manager was very polite and very engaged. The whirlpool was really cool even when there were such a lot of Moskitos outside on the terrace. We found it was the highlight.In the kitchen you have all what you need.
Altogether we loved it and was big enough for a family. The couch was big enough for two kids.
