Na pochwałę zasługuje doskonała lokalizacja - bardzo blisko centralnego placu Katanii, a także wysoki poziom czystości. Obiekt posiada wspólną kuchnię, w której dostępne są drobne słone przekąski, owoce i woda. W kuchni można przygotować sobie także herbatę czy kawę. Panie obsługujące gości są bardzo miłe i pomocne. Obiekt idealny na city break.
Podczas naszego pobytu była przerwa w dostawie energii elektrycznej, jednakże było to niezależne od właściciela, który na bieżąco informował nas o problemie.

La stanza era effettivamente troppo piccola per ospitare 4 letti. Questo ha penalizzato molto il comfort del nostro soggiorno. Per fortuna é stata una sola notte in cui abbiamo dovuto svegliarci molto presto per andare in aeroporto. Chiediamo scusa agli altri ospiti nel caso di troppo rumore nel mezzo della notte! Soluzione comoda in quanto vicino al centro (a piedi in 10 minuti) e vicino all'aeroporto (15 min. di auto)
Soluzione ai limiti della legalità. Forse tre letti ci sarebbero potuti stare ma per 4 letti é una soluzione estrema. Il bagno abbastanza piccolo ma funzionale. Il condizionatore funzionava bene. Gli infissi poco isolati. Copriletto e cuscini da rivedere.
