Its location is very nice and close to the center. We were lucky as it was quiet while we were there!

There are some important missing staff such as the microwave and most importantly the washing machine.. if I know that it is not working I would not go there because in this summer when we cannot wear the same cloth twice and we cannot bring a lot of cloth the washing machine is a MUST. Even though there is no washing machine there were clotheslines. The second thing annoyed me a lot that I stayed for 5 days and no one came to clean the room or to change the towels or the bed linen 😢 and if you cannot come at least leave the staff we can take from! I had to use the same towels for 5 days in this summer and after going to the sea! I hope you at least check on this and ask if cleaning of changing staff is needed!

El alojamiento estaba bastante bien. Era cómodo y estaba limpio

Hubo un malentendido con el número de habitaciones e intentaron que me conformara con una habitación menos y dos camas individuales en una habitación compartida. Fue un momento bastante desagradable y me sentí muy decepcionada, especialmente porque había reservado el alojamiento para otras siete personas. Afortunadamente, la situación se resolvió con rapidez, pero no debería haber ocurrido.

El alojamiento era muy cómodo y estaba muy limpio a pesar de tener espacios comunes con otros huéspedes.

La comunicación con la persona encargada de gestionar la entrada fue escasa. La calle del alojamiento y los alrededores generan bastante desconfianza, no es de las mejores zonas de Catania, lo supimos al llegar ya que otros huéspedes nos informaron que tuviéramos cuidado. En un momento puntual encendí el aire de la habitación y generaba un olor horrible, realmente creo que habría que revisarlo. Por último, le pedimos dejar las maletas tras hacer el checkout ya que nos generaba inseguridad dejarlas en el coche y tajantemente obtuvimos un NO por respuesta ya que los siguientes huéspedes entraban antes, aunque nosotros no pudimos entrar antes.
