Good communication as I needed late night check in. Amazing location tucked away. I had a perfectly quiet room looking out into the courtyard from my little balcony. Homely feel and nice traditional decor. I liked that I could make a cup of tea and have a snack at any time - lots of snacks available to help yourself to.
For the price and location, I have no complaints.

The location was excellent as was the guest dining/sitting room. The ability to be able to make a hot drink, cold drink or have a snack 24/7 was great.
The issue with the water being turned off at 8.30pm and the workers who started work in the courtyard at 6am. The hotel does not have very good soundproofing so you can hear all guests coming and going and guests in other tooms talking.
