Start your dream Emerald Coast vacation in this comfortable third-floor condominium at the Dunes of Seagrove. Indulge in a hot cup of coffee on the spacious private balcony as you watch the sunlight dancing off the waves. Be sure to grab your beach towel because Dunes of Seagrove is directly on the water! This resort features two swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, pickleball courts, a fitness center, and a sauna.
Nestled between Eastern Lake and Deer Lake, rent a kayak and experience the rare phenomenon of Coastal Dune Lakes. Catch live music at the Seaside Amphitheater or The Hub two and a half miles to east.
Things to Know
Free bike rentals and beach service are provided from March 1 to October 31.

Building A is fully completed and open. Building B is undergoing exterior painting and balcony inspections. Building C is experiencing patio railing installation, inspections, and exterior painting.
Due to construction materials, the parking garage underneath Building C is completely blocked. On-site parking is extremely limited, so we strongly encourage bringing only one vehicle per party, if possible. Please expect intermittent noise, dust, and debris during your stay. Thank you for your patience as we improve our property.

Great experience and only a short drive away from shops and restaurants. The rental place was the perfect size for six people. Pull out couch was great for me, but my husband felt the bar underneath mattress. All around though, great place.

We love Dunes of Seagrove but probably would choose a different unit (we've stayed in others). Top floor, nice view, big balcony, but furniture is dark, heavy, and outdated - not what you'd expect in a beach place. Sofas seem old and we found them uncomfortable. Very small TV for the room if that matters to you. Kitchen not equipped as well as it should be; the only "non-stick" skillet was quite nasty. Not relative to this unit, but there were a lot of very young, unsupervised kids at pool and hot tub.
