The Space:
Relax and unwind in this gorgeous fourth-floor condo that has everything you need to have the best beach vacation! This splendid retreat is part of the Dunes of Seagrove complex, which is a Gulf-front resort offering a convenient location on 30A and fantastic community amenities, including an outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, and fitness center. There is no shortage of things to do around here! In addition to that, you are located 200 feet away from the nearest beach access, which is a boardwalk with only 20 steps.
This family-friendly home away from home has been equipped and designed to provide you with the ultimate relaxation spot. Start your day with a delicious breakfast on your private balcony with great beach and ocean views. Then, you can read your favorite novel out here or head back inside to spread out comfortably in the living area and entertain yourself by watching TV. If not, you can always make your way over to the community pool for a refreshing splash or to the beach for a tranquil and sunny walk. When mealtime comes around, you can choose to dine out at any of the fantastic restaurants nearby or prepare delicious culinary masterpieces in the condo's well-appointed kitchen. The kitchen is designed to accommodate appliances while still connecting those cooking to the general space. Enjoy meals together at the breakfast bar or at the dining table.

Building A is fully completed and open. Building B is undergoing exterior painting and balcony inspections. Building C is experiencing patio railing installation, inspections, and exterior painting.
Due to construction materials, the parking garage underneath Building C is completely blocked. On-site parking is extremely limited, so we strongly encourage bringing only one vehicle per party, if possible. Please expect intermittent noise, dust, and debris during your stay. Thank you for your patience as we improve our property.

This condo was stunningly beautiful and the views were amazing. We were centrally located and were able to get to both Panama City and Destin with ease for activities. My ONLY complaint was there is no tv in the master bedroom which was a little difficult for us. We have a special needs daughter and she winds down with tv in the bedroom since she was sharing with us and was unable to do that so it made her a little grumpy.

Beautiful property, and great amenities. The pool was awesome. Having an on-site office for questions, etc is priceless!! Any problem was dealt with immediately and rectified quickly, both staff members in the office were helpful and professional. 5 stars, would definitely choose this condo in the future.
