The Space:
Located in Seagrove Beach, a 30A community nestled between Seaside and Seacrest, this condo overlooks the balcony. Enjoy a meal at the table on the balcony, and prepare it in the well-equipped kitchen. The bunk area is perfect for the kids. Additional sleeping can be found on the queen sofa bed in the living room.
Nestled between Eastern Lake and Deer Lake, rent a kayak and experience the rare phenomenon of Coastal Dune Lakes. Catch live music at the Seaside Amphitheater, or The Hub, 2.3 miles east. Watercolor and Grayton Beach offer brew pubs and wine bars for a casual nightcap. Challenge your loved ones to some friendly competition on the two pickleball courts.
Things to Know
Free bike rentals and beach service are provided from March 1 to October 31.

Building A is fully completed and open. Building B is undergoing exterior painting and balcony inspections. Building C is experiencing patio railing installation, inspections, and exterior painting.
Due to construction materials, the parking garage underneath Building C is completely blocked. On-site parking is extremely limited, so we strongly encourage bringing only one vehicle per party, if possible. Please expect intermittent noise, dust, and debris during your stay. Thank you for your patience as we improve our property.

This is an older but nice property, with a great balcony/patio. The view is beautiful, but it is directly over a street and you can see the ocean (other condos in the building are closer to the water). To get to the beach you walk to the pool (in the center of the complex) and the boardwalk takes you directly to where beach service is offered. So convenient! We had our young children with us, and the location could not have been better. It was easy to social distance - even in this popular neighborhood.

location is great, however the complex looks dated. The unit had issues however. the bedrooms look like they had not been dusted in 6 months. All of the vents had black dust/mold all around them. Lack of communication for the Tv's, internet, beach chairs, unbrellas, and check out was frustrating. Never could get one of the TV's to work -- it was on a separate platform with little instructions.
Could be a great rental with some improvements but would not go back again with the way things were.
