About this apartment rental
Whole building and pool has been redone. Beautiful new heated pool and hot tub. The unit itself has had a complete kitchen renovation. There is a queen bed in each bedroom and 2 full size futons in the loft. The large wrap around top floor balcony gives amazing views of the lake, pool, dunes and partial view of the gulf. The beach is a short 125 yard walk and is one of the best spots in the area. Situated next to a state park, this gives you the opportunity to walk 10 minutes down the beach and be very secluded.

The property was clean. The check-in instructions were clear and precise and the kitchen had everything we needed, including paper towels, dishes, trash bags, flatware and dishwashing pods.

This property is convenient for beach access, it's literally 100 yards away and having a clean pool and cabana setup is really nice following a long day at the beach. It's on a quiet street and this particular unit is stocked with more dishes and serving options than most. We had our three children with us and the kids loved sleeping in the loft area.
