The Space:
This Gulf-front condo offers an oversize private balcony - accessible from both the living area and the main bedroom - that provides a great view of the lagoon-style pool and partial views of the shimmering Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy a well-appointed kitchen, a Smart TV for all of your streaming needs, and walls newly painted in the colors of the sand to make you feel like you're always on the beach. Lounge on the plush patio furniture as you watch the children play in the pool, and end each day with some relaxation in the whirlpool tub in the main bedroom.
Enjoy resort amenities including a pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and a fitness center.
Nestled between Eastern Lake and Deer Lake, you can rent a kayak and experience the rare phenomenon of the coastal dune lakes. Enjoy live music at the Seaside Amphitheater or The Hub, only two miles east. Watercolor and Grayton Beach offer brewpubs and wine bars for a casual nightcap as well.

Free bike rentals and beach service are provided from March 1 to October 31.

Building A is fully completed and open. Building B is undergoing exterior painting and balcony inspections. Building C is experiencing patio railing installation, inspections, and exterior painting.
Due to construction materials, the parking garage underneath Building C is completely blocked. On-site parking is extremely limited, so we strongly encourage bringing only one vehicle per party, if possible. Please expect intermittent noise, dust, and debris during your stay. Thank you for your patience as we improve our property.

Enjoyed our stay. Will stay again in the future. Needs detailed cleaning of baseboards in bathrooms. Mostly updated except for tile flooring in foyer, kitchen/living area. Sofa needs some repairs. Outdoor cushions need replacing. Overall great little condo with birdseye view of ocean and a great location.

Great location and space. Only one complaint is the master bed is extremely uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

The property was clean when we arrived but the master bath and bedroom have a very musty odor that I could still smell on our clothes when we opened our suitcases back at home. Our feet were black after walking around the condo barefoot just a couple of hours. I had to scrub my daughter’s feet multiple times to get them clean so we had to wear our shoes inside the rest of the trip. The floors looked clean but I believe it might be the old, stained grout. The cushions were worn out and stained at the table and outside. The furniture was worn out. There is one very thin blanket on the beds and one sheet so we used our blankets from the car. It really just needs updating across the board.
One of the bikes that was included was missing. I called Vacasa and they took care of it which was a plus. The condo is in a great location but if we were going to stay in this condo building again we would stay at an updated one.
