The Space:
With brilliant blue and white décor, this nautical third-floor condo in Seagrove Beach invites you to enjoy one of the best views of the Emerald Coast! This marvelous vacation spot features attractive furniture and accessories, as well as a spacious private balcony with super-comfortable furniture and a fantastic view of the Gulf and complex. The full kitchen is waiting to turn an ordinary bag of groceries into a five-star fiesta for your guests. Later, challenge someone to a game down at the shared tennis or pickleball courts then splash around in one of the two shared pools.
Kayak on a nearby coastal dune lake, Eastern Lake or Deer Lake. See rare birds in Grayton Beach State Park, which is part of the Great Florida Birding Trail. Ride bikes through 16 distinct beach communities along the 19 miles of the paved Timpoochee Trail on 30A.
Things to Know
Free bike rentals and beach service are provided from March 1 to October 31.

Building A is fully completed and open. Building B is undergoing exterior painting and balcony inspections. Building C is experiencing patio railing installation, inspections, and exterior painting.
Due to construction materials, the parking garage underneath Building C is completely blocked. On-site parking is extremely limited, so we strongly encourage bringing only one vehicle per party, if possible. Please expect intermittent noise, dust, and debris during your stay. Thank you for your patience as we improve our property.

Wonderful trip, except Red Tide was a nuisance…lots of coughing! Warning of such is a good idea, particularly for those with URI problems. Recommendations for meds to deal with same would be helpful, too. Restaurants were great nearby and deep sea fishing was awesome! Staff was helpful - need to have air in bike tires checked more often! Sliding doors to deck need maintenance.
Overall, we would recommend to others!!

Condo was beautifully decorated and was close to the beach. Booked the condo for 6 people and upon arrival there were no sheets for the pull out sofa and there was only sleeping arrangements for 4 people. Since the office closed at 5pm we weren’t able to get sheets until the next day. A little disappointed for how much we paid to not have a place for everyone to sleep. However, we got sheets the next day and enjoyed the rest of our stay. A couple of spare blankets also would have been nice since the bedding is so thin.

Easy contactless checkin in and out. Exactly like pictures and as described. Great view. Big porch. Had everything we needed! Loved the complimentary beach chair and bike rentals!
