Spacious and very bright thanks to its many floor-to-ceiling windows, the apartment—located on the 2nd floor without an elevator—features, on one side, a double living area with a living room and dining room.
A sofa bed (with a very comfortable 140-mattress) and a TV.
A balcony with a small table, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee.
On the other side of the entryway, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.

A large, sunny terrace with no neighbors across the way will also allow you to enjoy your meals and drinks outdoors and have great barbecues thanks to its electric griddle.
Opposite the front door is a beautiful bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a toilet.
