Emplacement intéressant Logement bien équipé Superficie appréciable, espaces différenciés avec la mezzanine

Fenêtre qui ne peut pas s’ouvrir qui confine un peu l’endroit. Usage de la clé d’entrée de l’immeuble difficile.

Le quartier, tout proche du centre ville

I liked the fact that it was on the ground floor - as in the historic centre a lot of rentals are without a lift - so those looking to rent and not wanting to climb up/down stairs ... should note this. Plus I also liked the location of the studio - walking distance to centre, with bus stops 6,7,4 etc stopping just down the road. To note, almost all city buses stop at Passage le Dauphin (in front of Monoprix) - and close to a lot of restaurants, Les Halles marche, etc.... Caroline who met me was also very friendly and was waiting for me having given her the time of my arrival.

NOTE TO BOOKING.COM After talking with the "owner" of the Apt. when I mentioned that "why is the need for bedsheets, towels, etc.. EXTRA as an option? Plus cleaning fees? And if so, WHY isn't all this CLEARLY Marked under the price of the Apt. instead of on 2nd page at the end - hidden between various paragraphs. As you know I travel a lot and always book through Booking.com, so it's important that PRICES ARE CLEARLY NOTED in one place when calculating the total price of the rental. It is the same WHEREVER it states "upper floors accessible by stairs only". So PLEASE STATE CLEARLY WHICH FLOOR the apt is. I was informed that when the proprietors fill in a form to propose rental of their property, it's Booking.com decides how to show it!!!!! Thank you.

Location! Very clean. All facilities.

Sofa bed, not comfortable. Needs a memory topper at the least.
