Zentrale Lage, Balkon mit Blick auf den Kanal, sehr guter Bäcker im Nachbarhaus, Markthalle in der Nähe, Bus zum Strand hält vorm Haus, Wohnung geräumig und wohnlich.

Il a fallu récupérer les clefs à l'agence, ca 8 km plus problème de parking ! Emplacement idéal en centre ville. Agencement et volume de l'appartement très bien.
Propreté et entretien laissent à fortement à désirer. Robinets avec calcaire, extérieur et intérieur, fixation douchette cassée Plinthes très sales, taque de cuisson sale, murs sales beaucoup de traces partout. Terrasse non utilisable car bombardée de fientes de pigeon. Joint de douche NOIR de saleté et champignon ! Bref, appartement avec belles possibilités mais nécessite une remise en état général d'urgence.
