Très bel appartement bien équipé et confortable avec très belles vues et terrasses . Bien situé a proximité du centre Vue magnifique sur l’étang de thau tout en se douchant 🤩 très bon accompagnement de Gérard aux petits soins pendant tout le séjour. Parfait le parking. La rue est en effet assez en pente il faut être un peu en forme si on veut la monter à pied

Das Apartment ist traumhaft gelegen und das gesamte noch sehr neu und gepflegt. Beide Balkone bieten einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Étang de Thau und den Hafen inklusive Mittelmeer. Kann man sich nicht dran satt sehen. Die Besitzer sind äußerst freundlich und unkompliziert.
Achtung: Das Gebäude steht an einem sehr steilen Hang (letztendlich dem Berg Mont St. Clair)! Den Aufstieg kann man gut als Training nehmen. Die Zufahrt zur Parkgarage ist für Ungeübte nicht leicht zu nehmen, da sie sehr eng ist und auch ein Gefälle aufweist. Die Höhe der Einfahrt beträgt 1,90m.
