Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), this charming one-bedroom apartment is in a quiet private residence with a view of the Thau Lagoon.



You’ll have a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a flat-screen TV.



It features a fully furnished and equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking and dining (refrigerator/freezer, oven, dishwasher, stovetop, and a Dolce Gusto coffee maker.)



The living room features a sofa bed (150x200) and a flat-screen TV, as well as a dining area. It opens onto the kitchen and extends onto the terrace, which offers a lovely view of the Thau Lagoon; the terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture so you can enjoy it to the fullest.



The bathroom has a shower, a toilet, a washing machine, and a towel warmer.



For your comfort, the apartment is fully air-conditioned and has a private, secure parking space
