Nestled in the heart of the charming village of Claouey, on the Cap Ferret peninsula, the villa Pomme de Pin opens its doors to you for a stay placed under the sign of relaxation and conviviality.
It is located less than 500 meters on foot (5 minutes) from the beaches of the Bassin d'Arcachon, the port or the oyster huts of Claouey, but also from the shops and cycle paths. Here, forget the car for the holidays: everything is done on foot or by bike!
A warm and comfortable villa: in a quiet family environment, this air-conditioned villa welcomes you in a wooden, soft and warm atmosphere, ideal for holidays with family or friends.
Located on a large landscaped plot, it is surrounded by a beautiful wooden terrace designed to take full advantage of the outdoors:
• Dining area with electric plancha
• Outdoor lounge and deck chairs
• Outdoor bar in front of the kitchen, perfect for convivial moments
Spacious and bright living spaces, designed to share beautiful moments together. The day area is composed of:
• Large bow-window entrance, practical for putting shoes and coats
• Large bright living room
• Convivial dining room
• Fully equipped open kitchen
A comfortable sleeping area for all! The villa can accommodate family and friends, up to 10 people thanks to:
• 3 bedrooms with 160 double beds
• 1 dormitory room in a wooden cabin spirit with 4 single bunk beds (ideal for children or teenagers)
• 2 bathrooms with shower and sink
• 2 toilets
Everyone will find their space and comfort. Baby equipment can also be available on request: foldable bed and baby mattress, as well as high chair. Cleaning and household linen are included in the service.
Teleworking and practicality: a large independent office allows you to telework in peace and quiet if necessary, with WiFi connection (fibre).
It is completed by a linen area with washing machine and dryer, very practical for long stays.PGJyPg
Outdoor side and garden: relaxation guaranteed!
• Heated swimming pool (from Easter holidays to All Saints' Day), totally secured by a barrier all around, and two access gates
• Outdoor shower to rinse off on the way back from the beach
