About this house rental
This architect-designed house uses combinations of wood and glass to offer a very open and functional space on three levels.
The living rooms – living room and dining room – like the kitchen form a unique 100 m2 unit offering access to the 100m2 teak terrace with heated swimming pool and an unobstructed 180° view of the village of Piraillan and the Bassin. A master suite with its terrace occupies the first floor of the house while four other bedrooms are located on the garden level, bordered by a long balcony. The house has 3 bathrooms and 3 separate toilets.
Note: this house is only offered on Abritel (HomeAway), AirBNB, Gens de Confiance and on no other rental site.
TV, fiber wifi connection.
The swimming pool (3.5 x 7 m) is heated (Easter to All Saints' Day) and secured thanks to its electric roller shutter, the closing of which is centralized like all the shutters in the house. Its surroundings are equipped with 4 sun loungers and sitting pools.
The terrace accommodates a sheltered table and chairs for 12 people, an XXL gas grill area as well as an outdoor lounge composed of four sofas and 2 coffee tables.
THE GROUND FLOOR: THE 4 BEDROOMS AND THE LINGERIE
The four bedrooms have new bedding and a wardrobe. Very bright, they open onto the outside thanks to a bay window.
The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
Minimum rental amount: €2,550.00
- End of Stay cleaning: €300.00 (Obligatory)
** Deposit of €3,500.00 by check is required on the day of arrival.
** A deposit by transfer of €1,500.00 is required from tenants who do not have a checkbook.
- Deposit refunded or returned 7 days after the end of the rental.

The property is wonderful. It's situated at the top of the hill, with a great view of the bay, and easy access - walking or driving - to all the local spots in Piraillan. We received a very warm welcome, tons of great advice on the local scene, and assistance with all of the great functions of the house itself (plancha BBQ, pool cover, etc.). Alexandre went above and beyond in every respect - even booking us dinner reservations and bike rentals well in advance. Our trip would not have been as easy without him. Thanks VERY much, Alexandre!

For a family group of children and adults , the house works very well . The swimming pool is vital for the children and being near the beach and bicycle trails perfect .
I think the only aspect I would improve is to provide some kind of handrail along the stairs , maybe made of rope or something light weight . Passing down or up the stairs with elderly people or children is not so easy with out some kind of hand rail .
Our group by the way included children. 8 - 14 years , adults , 19 -55. And one 83 year old .
I hope we can return again
