About this house rental
Beautiful 4 bedroom house, ideally located in a quiet area near the forest of Piraillan. You will be surrounded by nature in a property of 1,350 square meters.
The house has a beautiful location being located between the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the Archachon Basin on the other side. The ocean is less than 10 minutes away by bike via the cycle path.
You are only a few minutes from the local market of Piraillan, the fishing village of Le Canon with its small fishermen's terraces just above the water for seafood and wine and two local supermarkets and shops. In addition, there are many beautiful beaches to choose from, either on the calm basin or on the ocean with endless waves and beaches.
Just 300 meters from the house you will find the start of large and extensive cycle paths and paths through the beautiful pine forest.
On two floors, the house is composed of 3 double bedrooms (king size beds), a children's room for 4 people (one bunk bed and two single beds), two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub). You will also find an additional shower in the laundry room which has a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, fridge, oven and microwave are at your disposal.
For cooler evenings you can use the fireplace. For days of great motivation, there is a table tennis table in the garden. The stone terrace that surrounds the house is simple and ideal for games of all kinds. It is surrounded by a garden with local plants and trees. Wifi + TV complete the list.
My grandparents of Franco-German origin had the house built in 1983. Since that day, we have spent all our holidays there.
In order to give the place a facelift, we started restoration work in September 2020: panelling in the living and dining room, new kitchen, renovation of the bathrooms and painting in all bedrooms. All the beds are new. Same for the sofas.
The house will be available in June 2021. I update the photos as I go.
