The villa LE TROIS MÂTS has a large sunny and lush terrace, quiet and not overlooked, with loungers, a large outdoor table and a seating area.
The large reception rooms are crossed by an open kitchen fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine) with one side a lounge area (sofa bed) arranged around the fireplace, and the other a large and bright dining room overlooking the terrace.
The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:
- a bedroom (ground floor) with a large bed 2 people, a large dressing room (possibility of cot)
- a bedroom (floor) with a large bed 2 people, storage
- a bedroom (floor) with a large bed 2 people, storage
- a bedroom (floor) with a large bed 2 people, storage
- a large bedroom (floor) with a large bed 2 persons, 3 single beds, storage and children's corner
- 2 bathrooms (shower)

This house in pure Arcachon style was renovated and redecorated in 2017, by an interior designer, to offer you a comfortable, warm and friendly holiday place. Quiet area with terraced house, no noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m., parties and events not allowed

Nearby you can discover the Banc d'Arguin, the Cap Ferret (accessible by the boatmen's shuttle), the Dune du Pyla, the amusement parks of Gujan Mestras, the casino of Arcachon, the beaches of Moulleau and Perreire ... Grande maison pres du port,avec possibilité de manger a l'exterieur,coin "apero" confortable ,nombreux couchages ,et exellent acceuil.
Une bonne adresse avec des proprietaires a l'ecoute et reactifs
